It's REUNION time again! Yup, it's been 40 short years since we marched across that stage. Well, mark your calendars. The next reunion is coming up very quickly. Here are the details:
Friday, September 10, 2004 - Hospitality Room at the Hilton from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday, September 11, 2004 - Midland Hilton Ballroom from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. with entertainment and refreshments:
DJ - 50's, 60's & early 70's music
Trivia Game Show with prizes
Hors d'oeuvres
Cash Bar
OTHER EVENTS GOING ON THAT WEEKEND:
Septemberfest;
Visit the New Jim Hall Museum beside the Petroleum Museum;
Commemorative Air force Museum "What Are They Like TO FLY?"
This reunion is shaping up to be a pretty good affair, and the response from class members has been tremendous. The Hilton has been very accommodating, and they've even offered a good room rate ($69+tax) to members of our class.
So, be there or be square! Oh yeah, don't forget to mail in a check for $35 per person with your entry form.
WE'VE LOST ANOTHER FRIEND.
JERRY DON MORGAN PASSED AWAY ON JULY 19, 2005 IN LUBBOCK AFTER A SHORT ILLNESS. HE HAD BEEN LIVING IN COLORADO CITY AND WAS BURIED THERE. HE MARRIED ANOTHER MIDLAND HIGH STUDENT, GLENNA DAVIS
AND HAD ONE DAUGHTER BEFORE THEY DIVORCED. I LOST TRACK OF HIM AFTER GRADUATION BUT I CAN STILL REMEMBER HIS "WHAT ME WORRY" FACE AND THAT CHESHIRE CAT GRIN.

Anyone with even a passing interest in politics or history could spend a month in DC and not take it all in. If this reunion happens I would recommend all to plan a week vacation and top it all off with a dinner at the White House.
