Saturday, 6/21/08, the annual Juneteenth parade took place in Midland, and as usual, it was a good one. But this year parade watchers got a special treat as three members from the CHS class of '64 drove by waving to the crowd.
Earnest Washington is behind the wheel, John Lee is in the back seat, and William Merritt is riding shotgun.
Yea class of '64!!!

Sure excited to see the class of 1964 represented by such good looking young men!!! We are still young, right? Proud of you all. Sorry I missed it - was out of town. God bless you.
